Our appraiser scorecard was developed to provide a scoring mechanism for AppraiserVendor’s panel of appraiser.

Appraiser scorecards are comprised of 2 primary categories: Quality and Fulfillment (Turn Times). Each primary category is broken down into multiple sub-categories to determine the overall score. AppraiserVendor developed and utilizes a proprietary algorithm to determine the scorecard rating, and it is used to compare vendors against their peers for determining eligibility of future assignments.

Fulfillment (turn time)

The Fulfillment portion of the scorecard logic is broken down into 3 sub categories: “Acceptance”, “Scheduling”, and overall “Turn Around Time”. Each category is individually weighted and makes up 50% of the vendor’s overall scorecard rating. Appraiser’s begin each order with a “0” score, and accumulate points based on their ability to swiftly complete each task within the 3 subcategories:

Quality

The quality portion of the scorecard logic is broken down into 2 sub categories: Average Grade and Average QC Return Rating. Each category is individually weighted, and makes up 50% of the vendor’s overall scorecard rating. Appraiser’s begin each order with a “perfect 100” quality score rating, and points are deducted based on the appraiser’s ability to meet quality control requirements set forth by each individual lender, as well as AppraiserVendor’s own quality control requirements.
